Items are shipped standard ground shipping USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the order details. Products ship from Reno, NV and estimated transit times vary from 1-7 days depending on location.
For returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Our current offerings are for the brands Nupouch, Calla, as well as Tuarago. We launched the Taurago store to complement our wholesale business, Calla Products, that has been going strong since 2007. Calla and Nupouch are two of our brands that have been available in stores across the country. Be assured that all of our brands offer the same quality, value, and features.
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, items must be unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging, and you’ll need proof of purchase.
Email customerservice@taurago.com to request a return. If approved, Taurago will issue an RMA number, this must be written on the package. Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.
Yes. Custom products (special orders or personalized items) are not returnable, and Taurago cannot accept returns on sale items. If you’re unsure about your item, contact support before initiating a return.
Exchanges are handled by returning your original item first; once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want. 
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after Taurago receives and inspects the return. Refund processing is typically 5–7 business days, and your bank may take additional time to post it.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
